"Tate McRae" Inspired Costume Thrift Flip

The challenge was to take a thrifted garment and repurpose it into something completely different that could be worn by an artist of my choosing. Tate McRae spoke very loudly to me through this piece. I also added one "unusual item" to make it all the more interesting.
